Microsoft Office for Home - Work at Home Use forms

Recently, SD20 signed an agreement with Microsoft to supply all of our schools with the latest versions of MS Office and Windows (in our Windows schools). One of the positive benefits of the agreement allows SD20 staff to use the latest version of MS Office at home. School District No. 20 (Kootenay-Columbia) is extending to you the right to use the Software for school-related purposes at home. You are not licensed to use the software at home for personal purposes. You do not own the license or the CDs; rather you are leasing the license and CDs from School District No. 20 (Kootenay-Columbia) for the term of the agreement. You will be required to remove the software from your home machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes you no longer to be staff member or employee of School District No. 20 (Kootenay-Columbia) for any reason or (b) expiration of School District No. 20 (Kootenay-Columbia)’s agreement with Microsoft.

For the full details and instructions please print out the following form and complete it as per the instructions on the form. Once the form is received and verified to be complted correctly then you will receive your CD in the school mail in about 2 weeks.
